Even at fourteen years old, Jordan Jansen is keenly aware of the effect his singing has on others. He sees the joy his angelic soprano brings to their faces and the warmth it ignites in their hearts, and while this down-to-earth young Aussie keeps a level head about his talent and rapidly rising fame, it is the joy his singing brings to others that makes him love what he does.

"When I sing, I like to look around and see people with smiles on their faces," Jordan says. "It makes me happy."

Jordan was a typical child, riding his scooter through the streets of Queensland with his friends and his big sister and listening to the music of Michael Jackson, when he entered a talent contest in the first grade and came in second. But while he didn't win the big prize, he gained something much greater and more valuable - the realization that he had found something he truly loves.

"The very first time I sang, it felt so good," he says. "I looked around the room and everyone was smiling. I thought, this is what I want to do. This is the path I want to take."

Jordan began performing locally and entering more contests, this time with better results, including winning $1,000 at a contest held by a local mall. He also began posting videos of himself singing cover songs on YouTube - initially, just so his Nana could hear him sing - but quickly built a fan base of young girls and music lovers around the world.

His video of the Leonard Cohen song "Hallelujah" is a goosebump blend of raw emotion and soaring melody, demonstrating a vocal skill and spiritual depth usually found in someone of far greater years. It's no surprise, then, that fans responded in droves. His YouTube channel has more than two million channel views, his videos have been viewed over twenty million times, and his channel on the site has well over 200,000 subscribers, making it the 6th most subscribed Australian channel of all time, and the 3rd best of all time for an Australian musical act. To put this in perspective, the number four musical act is AC/DC.

Jordan has over 300,000 followers on Twitter, and a fan club of devotees who call themselves the Jordaneers. He performs in Australia for crowds of up to 10,000 delighted music lovers, and as he recently prepared to come to America for his first official recording session, he earned accolades from Bonnie Fuller's Hollywood Life website, which rightfully dubbed him "the latest pride and joy of Australia."

In what promises to be the most important step in his career to-date, Jordan has now been signed by Toby Gad / David Sonenberg. Toby has worked with such well-known artists as Kris Allen, Beyonce, Fergie, Selena Gomez, Alicia Keyes Demi Lovato and Jason Mraz to name a few. David currently manages such acts as Black Eyed Peas, Fergie, Natasha Bedingfield, Will I Am and many others, with combined record sales of over 200 million worldwide. Jordan recently spent six weeks in L.A. recording original material for his first album.

Ibunya menungunggah berbagai video yang menampilkan cowok Australia ini pada tahun 2006, waktu mengunggah video itu sebenarnya tujuan hanya satu, yaitu agar nenek Jordan yang tinggal di New Zealand bisa melihat Jordan.

Suara Jordan yang tinggi memikat semua orang yang mendengarkannya. Ratusan ribu pemilik akun di Youtube pun meng-klik tombol subscribe di akun Youtube Jordan. Dan pada tahun 2010, Jordan pindah ke Los Angeles bergabung dengan label Kite Records dan artist management bernama Das Communications. Jordan satu managemen dengan Black Eyed Peas, Will.I.Am, dan musisi terkenal lain. Psst, kabarnya sekarang Jordan lagi sibuk membuat album barunya looh..
